Kristina Bilonick is an artist and entrepreneur, and founder of Pleasant Plains Workshop- a shared studio space, gallery space, and storefront near Howard University in DC. (http://pleasantplainsworkshop.com). Bilonick has over 10 years experience working in art galleries, art studios and for art nonprofits in the DC area including a recent position as program director for Washington Project for the arts. In the fall of 2010, Bilonick struck out on her own to start Pleasant Plains Workshop and is interested in sharing her model with other artists so that they can start their own projects across the city.

As an artist, Bilonick has shown in local art spaces such as Transformer, Civilian Art Proejcts and Honfleur Gallery as well as nationally.
